Who we are
This website is operated by AIRONOX LIMITED, trading as Aironox, a company registered in England and Wales. In these terms, "we", "us", "our" and "Aironox" mean AIRONOX LIMITED. "You" means anyone using this site or placing an order.
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform we sell through.
You can review the current version of these terms on this page at any time. We may update them, and the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
1. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account. Please give us accurate contact and payment details and keep them up to date so we can fulfil your order and reach you if something goes wrong.
2. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract between us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. An order confirmation email acknowledges your order, it does not accept it.
We may refuse or cancel any order, including after an order confirmation has been sent, where:
- The item is out of stock
- There has been a pricing or description error
- We suspect fraud or a breach of these terms
- We cannot deliver to your address
- The order appears to be from a dealer, reseller or distributor
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
We may limit quantities per person, per household or per order, including where orders come from the same account, the same card, or the same billing or delivery address.
3. Pricing and errors
Prices are shown in the currency you select at checkout and include applicable sales tax or VAT where indicated. Shipping is charged separately and shown before you pay.
Prices can change at any time. Changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
Occasionally information on this site may contain errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We may correct any of these and update or cancel orders where information was inaccurate, including after you have placed your order.
If we find a material pricing error on something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of confirming at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
4. Product information
We work hard to show our products accurately. Colours vary between screens, and packaging and accessories are occasionally updated. Product images are illustrative.
Nothing on this site is a promise about results on a specific garment. Outcomes depend on the fabric, the garment construction and how the machine is set up. Please check the product page and the manual for fabric guidance before use.
Delivery estimates in our Shipping Policy are based on our actual delivery data. They are estimates rather than guarantees, because courier workload, local handling and customs checks are outside our control.

6. Promotions, discount codes and free gifts
Promotional codes and bundled free gift items are subject to the terms stated in the specific promotion, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Where a bundle includes free gift items and the bundle is returned for a refund, the free gift items must be returned as well, or their retail value will be deducted from your refund.
Discount codes are for personal use. We may cancel orders where a code has been shared, resold, or used in a way it was not intended.
7. Reviews, photos and other content you send us
If you send us a review, photo, video, comment, idea or any other material, whether we asked for it or not, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate and display that content in any medium, including in paid advertising, without further payment to you.
You confirm that the content is your own, that it is honest, and that you have the right to grant this licence. You confirm it does not infringe anyone else's rights and is not unlawful, defamatory or obscene.
We are under no obligation to keep any content confidential, to pay for it, or to respond to it. We may edit or remove any content at our discretion.
Please do not use a false email address or pretend to be someone you are not.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Aironox name and logo, product designs, photography, copy and video, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell or exploit any part of it commercially without our written permission.
9. Product safety
The Aironox is a heated electrical appliance. Please read the manual before use.
Keep it away from children and pets. Do not immerse it in water. Do not leave it running unattended. Do not use it on fabrics the manual advises against. Use only the supplied power adapter and the correct voltage for your region.
We are not liable for damage caused by use that goes against the manual. Nothing in this section limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
10. Prohibited uses
You may not use this site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to encourage anyone else to act unlawfully, to infringe our intellectual property rights or anyone else's, to harass or defame anyone, to submit false or misleading information, to upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code, to collect or track other people's personal information, to spam, phish, spider, crawl or scrape, or to interfere with or get around the security features of this site.
We may terminate your access for any of the above.
11. Third party links and tools
This site may link to or use third party websites and tools we do not control. We provide access to them as is, without warranties, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security or practices. Complaints about a third party's products or services should be directed to that third party.
12. Availability of the site
We do not guarantee that this site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free. We may remove, suspend or change any part of it at any time.
13. Liability
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. In the United Kingdom, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. In the European Union you have a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity. These rights are free and we cannot limit or exclude them.
Subject to that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, replacement costs, or damage to garments.
Our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of the statutory terms implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Indemnity
If you use this site for business purposes, you agree to indemnify us against any claim, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or third party right.
This section does not apply to you if you are a consumer.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you have a complaint, please email us at help@aironox.com first. We will try to resolve it with you directly.
16. Termination
These terms apply until either you or we end them. You can end them by no longer using the site.
If we believe you have breached these terms, we may end them without notice and stop providing you access. Anything either of us owed before termination survives it.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in how we work or in the law. We will post the updated version here and change the date at the top. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
18. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it is severed and the rest remains in force.
These terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this site.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive it.
