We also disclose personal information to our professional advisers, where we are legally required to, and in connection with a business sale, merger or insolvency.
If we start using another analytics or advertising provider, we will update this page before we do.
4. Advertising, pixels and the Meta Conversions API
We advertise on Meta, TikTok and Google. To find people who might want our products and to measure whether our ads work, we use advertising pixels on our website and server-side tools including the Meta Conversions API.
In practice this means that when you browse our site or place an order, information about that activity may be sent to those platforms. That can include a hashed version of your email address and phone number, your IP address, the pages you viewed, and details of your order such as its value and the items in it. The platforms use this to match the activity to an account they hold and to attribute the sale to an ad.
Where consent is required, we only run these tools after you have given it through our cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie settings link in our footer, or by contacting us.
These platforms act as independent controllers for some of this processing and will use the information in line with their own privacy policies.
5. Our relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your use of the site in order to provide and improve the platform. Information you submit will be transmitted to Shopify and may be processed in countries other than the one you live in.
We also use certain Shopify enhanced features that draw on data from your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify itself. For those features Shopify is responsible for the processing, including for handling requests you make about that data.
To read how Shopify uses your personal information and what rights you have, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy at https://privacy.shopify.com/en
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary for the site to work, such as remembering what is in your cart and keeping you logged in. Those are set automatically.
Analytics and advertising cookies are only set with your consent, which we ask for through our cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time through the cookie settings link in our footer.
If you visit our site with the Global Privacy Control signal enabled, we treat that as an opt-out request for that browser and device. We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals.
