🛍️ Orders & Confirmation

After placing your order with Aironox, you’ll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder. In some cases, a missing confirmation can be caused by a small typo in the email address entered at checkout. Even if you haven’t received the confirmation, your order may still have gone through successfully. To avoid duplicate orders or double billing, we recommend contacting us by email before placing another order.

All orders will be shipped within 14 business days of purchase, unless we notify you otherwise. Please allow for standard processing and handling times, which may occasionally vary by a few days.

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Until then, rest assured your order is safely in our preparation queue, going through final checks. Once you have your tracking number, you can enter it on our Tracking Page to check the status of your delivery anytime.

Yes, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact our support team at help@aironox.com and we’ll update it for you.

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, they fall under our return policy.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your region. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 6–10 working days.

No, all Aironox orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all taxes, customs, and import duties are fully covered by us. You won’t have to pay any additional fees when your order arrives.

Tracking can take 2–3 days to update after dispatch. If it hasn’t updated after that, please contact support at help@aironox.com

Yes, Aironox ships worldwide. You can view available destinations using our shipping information page or at checkout.

Your order is moving through our system. You’ll get an email update at each key stage. If you're worried, feel free to reach out and we’ll personally check for you.

We aim to ship within 6–10 days, but occasional delays can happen. Rest assured, we keep an eye on every order and will let you know if anything changes.

🔁 Returns

We offer a 14 day return window from the day your order is delivered. If you would like to return your item within this period, you can do so as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it arrived. Return shipping and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once the return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product price. Our goal is to keep the process simple and transparent so you know exactly what to expect.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days once the return has been received and inspected.

Contact us immediately with photos or a short video, and we’ll arrange a replacement or repair.

👕 Product Use

For the best results, place your garment straight from the washing machine onto your Aironox, or ensure it’s slightly damp before use. You don’t need to wait for your clothes to dry before they’re dried and ironed automatically.

Yes, however we recommend selecting a lower temperature mode.

For safety reasons, we recommend keeping your Aironox in view while it’s operating. The machine is equipped with safety features that automatically stop the cycle when complete, but as with any electrical appliance, it should not be left running unattended.

On average, Aironox takes around 5–8 minutes, depending on the fabric’s thickness and how damp it is, thicker materials take a little longer, while lighter fabrics finish faster.

There’s no need to register anything, your Lifetime Warranty is automatically activated from the date of purchase. If you ever experience an issue with your Aironox, simply contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.
