Aironox Warranty
Your cover
Every Aironox machine comes with a minimum 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, included at no extra cost.
Longer cover is included with selected bundles. Where your purchase includes extended cover, the length is confirmed at checkout and on your order confirmation email. If you are not sure what cover you have, email help@aironox.com with your order number and we will tell you.
Attachments and accessories are covered for 90 days from delivery, whatever cover applies to the machine.
Warranty and guarantee are different things
Your warranty covers the product failing. If something in the machine was made wrong, we put it right. Every machine has warranty cover.
Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee covers changing your mind. It is included with selected bundles and lets you return the machine for a refund for any reason. See our Refund Policy for details.
If your machine is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, you are covered regardless of which bundle you bought. That never depends on your warranty length or your guarantee.
What is covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
If your machine fails because something in it was made wrong, we will repair it, replace it, or refund it. We will discuss which option with you.
What is not covered
- Damage from dropping, crushing or liquid spills
- Limescale build-up from not descaling the machine, or from using water other than what the manual specifies
- Running an Aironox HOME machine on a voltage it was not supplied for
- Normal wear on soft parts such as pads, seals, zips and clips
- Any machine opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than us or someone we authorised
- Commercial, rental or industrial use. These are household appliances.
- Cosmetic marks that do not affect how the machine works
- Products bought from an unauthorised reseller
- Loss, theft, or damage caused by anyone other than us
How to make a claim
Email help@aironox.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault
- A short video showing the problem
The video genuinely helps. It lets us diagnose the fault properly, and in most cases it means we can ship a replacement straight away rather than asking you to send the machine back and wait.
We cover shipping both ways on any valid warranty claim, for the full length of your cover.
Lifetime cover
Where your purchase includes lifetime cover, this means:
- Cover lasts for as long as you own the machine, subject to the exclusions above
- It applies to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred if you sell or give the machine away
- Proof of purchase is required for every claim, so please keep your order confirmation
- If the model you own is no longer in production when you make a claim, we may supply the nearest comparable model we sell at the time, or refund the value of your machine allowing for age and use
Lifetime cover is a commercial promise from us. It does not replace or limit your legal rights, which are set out below.
Your legal rights
Your legal rights are not affected by this warranty. If your machine does not conform to what you were sold, you are entitled by law to remedies from us free of charge, and nothing in this warranty limits or restricts that. You do not need to buy any warranty to have these rights.
In the United Kingdom, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights against us if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. These rights are free, they apply to every purchase, and they can last considerably longer than 30 days.
In the European Union, you have a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity on every purchase, free of charge.
Our warranty is designed to be quicker and simpler to use than a statutory claim. We do not ask you to prove when a defect arose, we handle claims by email and video rather than requiring an inspection, and we cover shipping both ways. But nothing in this warranty takes away any right you already have.
